THE FUTURE OF ELECTRICITY..... THOUGH LIQUID IN NATURE DON'T PUSH ME TOO FAR!!!
....... "Though liquid in nature, don't push me too far ,for then i'll break and the damage may scar".
Guessed it yet?
It's glass.
Did you know that glass is 100% recyclable and it can be recycled a limitless number of times without compromising on quality.
A LITTLE GLASS HISTORY
Glass occurs in nature as obsidians (volcanic glasses), fulgarites (formed by lightning strikes), tektites found on land in Australasia and associated microtektites from the bottom of the Indian Ocean, moldavites from central Europe, and Libyan Desert glass from western Egypt.
According to archaeological evidence, the first man made glass was in Eastern Mesopotamia and Egypt around 3500BC, that was 5515 years ago.
PRESENT DAY
Glass is now being recycled, how?
STEP 1 The collected glass is separated by colors.
STEP 2 The separated bottles are washed in a processing plant to remove contaminants
STEP 3 The washed bottles are crushed into a cullet
STEP 4 The cullet is mixed with silica sand, soda ash and lime stone.
STEP 5 The mixture is melted in a furnace
STEP 6 The molten is slowly cooled and molded into new products or alternatively used for brick manufacture or decorative purposes.
Recycling one glass bottle can power a TV for 20 minutes or a computer for 25 minutes
SO NOW YOU KNOW !!!!!!!
